Oxford Expert Psychiatry Ltd is a specialist company which provides expert medico-legal reports and assessments relating to older people with mental health problems. All reports are prepared by Dr Hugh Series, an experienced consultant old age psychiatrist. Hugh is based in Oxford, but can travel if required to see clients in England and Wales. Outside these jurisdictions, mental health law is significantly different.

Hugh is always happy to provide an initial phone discussion to establish if the referral is appropriate and if he can assist. This is free of charge and without obligation.

As most clients are elderly it is usually preferable for him to see them in their own home, but if preferred consulting rooms are available in Oxford.​
